Single Purpose
Qaime PRO helps E-Taxes users read tax and invoice data from supported pages, process selected Excel or portal records, and prepare user-requested invoice, declaration, refund, bank information, and payment workflows.
Information We Process
Depending on the workflow selected by the user, the extension may process tax identification numbers, invoice details, company or counterparty names, bank account references, payment preparation details, authentication tokens, runtime settings, and temporary workflow status.
The extension may also process files selected by the user, such as Excel workbooks used for invoice or tax workflows, and generated output files such as Excel, PDF, or ZIP documents.
How We Use Information
Data is used only to provide the extension's core workflow: reading supported E-Taxes page state, sending user-selected data to E-Muhasibat services, preparing or downloading generated documents, refreshing runtime configuration, and completing payment actions requested by the user.
Sharing and Third Parties
Qaime PRO sends data only to the supported services required for the selected workflow: e-taxes.gov.az, qaime.e-taxes.gov.az, E-Muhasibat API services, and OpenBanking API services. We do not sell user data and do not transfer user data for purposes unrelated to the extension's single purpose.
Local Storage
The extension uses browser storage to keep login state, runtime settings, selected workflow state, update state, and temporary results consistent between the popup, background service worker, and content scripts.
Remote Code
Qaime PRO does not execute remotely hosted JavaScript or CSS code. Network requests are used to call supported APIs and retrieve data or files needed for user-requested workflows.
Data Retention and Security
Data is kept only as needed for the active workflow, local extension state, account session, diagnostics, and service operation. Access is limited to the supported hosts declared by the extension and to workflows initiated by the user.
